eBay is like Amazon, BIG business, where many entrepreneurs excell in making money.  Just this week an interesting promotion came to my attention about eBay and a 47 year old PowerSeller since 1997.  Actually, his name is ‘Barnes’ who claims that he made $8.7 million in the last 10 years.  Understand, that may be his GROSS sales not his bottom line profits.  Don’t know and haven’t asked, yet.

Either way it ain’t a bad $$ figure for most of us.  Maybe not much money for Bill Gates or the Waltons but more than my annual income for sure.  Not that I’m complaining, we are super blessed. 

Just for fun, we decided to tell you about Mr. Barnes just because….. actually, he makes an awesome claim of making almost anyone who joins his program a wealthy person.  Can he, don’t know?  Whatever you do always do your “due diligence” before spending your money.

Internet Marketing is our focus simply because we believe a home based business with a Plan B has saved many homes from financial disaster, no money.  Lost jobs all over America have caused much heartache and continues to plague many unemployed friends and neighbors, church friends, too.

Plan B is where you build your financial security.  None of us know when jobs, companies, complete industries will faulter and fail for lack of business income.  You have seen it where you live just as we have.  We also like the tax savings, no travel/gas expenses, no dress codes, and being our own boss.  Training is available if needed.

Sometimes we like our boss or we dispise them, not much between.  For most of us, we do not like being told “what to do” or how to do our job.  It’s my job and I should have the freedom to “do it my way”.  How does that fit with your own experiences?  Grin and bare it!

However, you have other options.  All it takes is time, energy, a little money and focusing on the goal.  I’m guessing only about 3 to 5% make it building their own business because of distractions.  It’s so easy to fill our time with TV, a few beers, a little wine and the time is gone. 

A well known Internet Marketer says it well.  “If you’re willing to do for a year what others won’t…..”  and you can add the finish.  You’ll be able to do what others can’t do…. like buying fine cars, beautiful homes, a place at the coast and everything else your heart desires.

Residual income is what your insurance agent gets when he sells you a policy one evening and you pay premiums for life.  He/she gets paid for the life of your policy while asleep or vacationing at the beach. 

Think about it…. sell ONE time and get paid forever.  That’s our goal for our home based business.  If that sounds good to you, stay with us as we search the Internet for more answers each week.  

Recently, one of our family men was told he has “Lewy” disease that none of us had ever heard of before.  What is it?  Is it a fatal disease or can he be cured?  Will it affect his thinking?  How long will it be a problem or can he keep on with his life? 

Same goes for Internet Marketing.  We’re seeking to discover the best possible way for any or all of us to make money from home, our home based business for financial security.  Residual income is our goal in the process of building our business.

Sure, it’s a given or expectation of your employer.  You get paid for the contribution you make to the company profits.  Few of us will make a $1000 paycheck without working for it.  Don’t count on winning the lottery for your retirement funds.

We believe the Internet has opened the doors to those willing to study and learn the system or ways to build an income stream but you still have to make it happen.  Unfortunately, it’s not the road to easy street for most of us.
